Common questions

What produce categories do you currently handle?

We currently aggregate tomatoes, citrus, mangoes, cassava, peppers, and beans from Mozambican farmers. We are always expanding our categories, so contact us if you grow something not on this list.

How long does the border clearance process take?

With our pre-arranged documentation and customs relationships, most shipments clear within 4–8 hours at the border. We target same-day clearance for pre-certified loads.

Do you work with smallholder farmers?

Yes. Our aggregation model is specifically designed to consolidate smallholder volumes to the quantities buyers require. We work with individual farmers and cooperatives alike.

What are the payment terms for farmers?

We offer 7-day payment from date of sale at MIF, ahead of the 30-day industry standard. We don't ask farmers to finance the supply chain.
