Two companies, one corridor mission

Shuri Agro Mozambique is a joint venture built to unlock Mozambique's agricultural potential and connect it to Southern African markets through the Maputo Corridor.

Mozambican Operations

Mozambique: our second corridor

After establishing a successful model in Eswatini, the Shuri Agri group identified Mozambique as the logical next expansion: a country with extraordinary agricultural potential, a Portuguese-speaking producer community hungry for formal market access, and a natural geographic corridor via the N4 Maputo highway to MIF.

Unlike Eswatini (SACU), Mozambique requires full customs procedures. This complexity stops most operators, but it is exactly where our compliance infrastructure, built over years of cross-border operations, becomes our competitive advantage.

Operating approximately 150 km from MIF, we manage the full logistics and regulatory journey so Mozambican farmers can focus on production while we handle everything from the farm gate to the market floor.

Shuri Agri × Colette H Holdings

Two organisations with complementary strengths, working together to build a durable agricultural corridor.

S

Shuri Agri

The agricultural operations arm, responsible for farmer partnerships, produce aggregation, cold chain management, and market logistics. Shuri Agri brings field-level relationships with Mozambican producers and a deep understanding of cross-border agricultural trade.

With prior SACU corridor experience from our Eswatini operations, Shuri Agri brings the operational playbook, the phytosanitary expertise, and the logistics network that makes the Mozambique corridor viable.

C

Colette H Holdings

The holding and investment structure that enables Shuri Agro Mozambique to operate at commercial scale, providing the financial infrastructure, corporate governance, and business development capacity for a cross-border enterprise.

Colette H Holdings brings the deal structure, investor relationships, and enterprise development frameworks that underpin the joint venture, built to operate at scale.

Our values

🌱

Farmer First

Every decision we make is measured against its impact on Mozambican producers. Better farm-gate prices, transparent contracting, and technical support are non-negotiable.

🤝

Corridor Trust

Cross-border trade runs on relationships. We invest in long-term partnerships with customs authorities, logistics operators, and market buyers rather than chasing one-time transactions.

📋

Compliance First

Mozambique sits outside the SACU zone. Full customs procedures, phytosanitary compliance, and regulatory integrity are the foundation of a durable trade corridor.

🌍

Pan-African Vision

Mozambique is our second corridor. Our ambition is a network of Shuri Agro operations connecting agricultural surplus regions across Sub-Saharan Africa to formal markets.
