Turn Mozambican harvests into Southern African revenue
We manage every step of the export corridor: customs, cold chain, phytosanitary compliance, and MIF market access, so you can focus on growing.
You grow good produce. Someone else captures the margin.
The Mozambique–South Africa corridor is one of the most valuable agricultural trade routes in the region. But three barriers keep Mozambican producers locked out of its full value.
Customs paperwork you didn't sign up for
Mozambique is outside SACU. Full customs procedures, phytosanitary certificates, and DAIA/IIAM coordination: each one is a day's work if you don't know the system.
Cold chain gaps that kill quality
150 km of unrefrigerated road means your tomatoes arrive as paste. Temperature breaks between farm and market floor are where margins go to die.
Informal channels that pay unfair prices
Without a direct route to export markets, middlemen capture the margin. Mozambican farm-gate prices are 30–50% below what the same produce commands at MIF.
Shuri Agro Mozambique manages all three, from farm to trading floor, so the value of your harvest stays where it belongs.
We already operate the Eswatini corridor. Mozambique is our second expansion, not a pilot.
Farm to MIF in four steps
We handle the complexity so you can follow a clear four-step process.
Register your farm
Tell us what you grow, your volumes, and your harvest calendar. We assess export readiness and agree a supply contract with transparent pricing.
We aggregate and grade
Our field team comes to you. We grade and pack at the farm, combine your load with other producers, and prepare all export documentation.
We move it through the corridor
Refrigerated transport to the border, customs clearance in 4–8 hours, and onward delivery to MIF. The whole corridor, managed by us.
You get paid in 7 days
Once your produce sells at MIF, you receive payment within 7 days, not the 30-day industry standard. We don't ask farmers to finance the supply chain.
Every step covered, with no handoff gaps.
The Mozambique corridor has four places where produce and producer margins typically go wrong. We cover all four with a single operator, a single contact, and a single invoice.

We grade and consolidate at the farm. Every load leaving Mozambique meets buyer specification before it moves, so there are no surprises at the trading floor.
Cold Chain Logistics
Refrigerated transport from farm gate to MIF trading floor. Your produce arrives cold, on time, and in the same condition it left your farm.
Customs & Compliance
Most shipments clear in 4–8 hours. We manage the full customs process (export clearance, import permits, documentation) so the border never stops your produce.
MIF Market Access
Direct routes to verified buyers at the Mozambique International Fresh Produce Market. Transparent pricing, weekly market intelligence, and payment within 7 days of sale.
We already run a cross-border corridor. Mozambique is our second.
Shuri Agro Mozambique is a joint venture between Shuri Agri and Colette H Holdings. Shuri Agri launched its first cross-border corridor into Eswatini and built every system, relationship, and compliance process from scratch. Mozambique is our second corridor, built on a proven template.
Mozambique sits outside SACU, so full customs procedures apply. That complexity stops most operators. It is the work we were built to do.
Corridor Partners & Affiliates
Still selling at farm-gate prices when MIF buyers are waiting?
Every harvest you sell through informal channels is revenue you won't get back. The corridor is open and we manage it.
Start with a single season, no lock-in required. Measure the difference in your farm-gate returns at the end of it.
